BOTTOM LINE

The odds are stacked against the Jets.

Not only are the Novocastrians yet to win a game this season, their only win in the west was a 1-0 triumph in the inaugural season and they have lost the last eight straight.

Protecting a lead has been the main issue this campaign.

The Jets have gone ahead in five games, including a 1-0 advantage over the Glory in Perth in round four, but are yet to claim maximum points.

They have lost just one game, 2-0 to Adelaide away in round four.

All their seven wins have been by a solitary goal.

TO WIN: GLORY
